Prof. Bettina Borisch
Executive Director
Professor Borisch started working for WFPHA in 2009. Professor of Global Health at the University of Geneva, she is also a Medical Doctor and Histopathologist, holds an MPH and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathology. She directs the headquarters since its relocation to Geneva and she represents WFPHA in the widest sense. She is the co-editor of the Journal of Public Health Policy Federation’s Pages.
Dr. Marta Lomazzi
Executive Manager
Dr Lomazzi started working for WFPHA in 2011. She is a medical biotechnologist and holds a PhD in Neurosciences. Her main responsibilities include strategic planning, management and evaluation of public health programs, collaboration with members and partners, and fundraising. She is the co-editor of the Journal of Public Health Policy Federation’s Pages.
Martinique Jobin
Communications Manager
Ms Jobin started working for WPFHA in 2024. She holds a degree in Political Science and brings over 13 years of experience across various sectors, including education, tech, and water. Her primary responsibilities include brand strategy, global communications, and website and social media management.
Maria Del Mar Mata
Administrative Manager
Mrs Mata started working for WFPHA in 2020. She holds diplomas in Accounting and Administration and Finance. Her main responsibilities include general office administration, general accounting, human resources, events organisation, external relations with WFPHA’s members, and assisting with governance related requests.
