As 70% of health workers are women, COVID-19 has proven us the importance of female health workforce and leadership. In the first episode of “Public Health Answers”, we talk to Prof. Bettina Borisch, Executive Director of the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA), to know more about the importance of female leadership in public health and how we can promote leadership skills of female public health workers.
