WFPHA members
The WFPHA has four categories of Members:
Full Member:
national public health associations which meet the criteria as outlined in Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the WFPHA’s Constitution (non-governmental, multidisciplinary, dedicated to the promotion and protection of public health, inclusive, non-discriminatory). Full Members in good standing can hold WFPHA offices and can vote at the Federation’s annual General Assembly;
Regional Members:
federations of national PHAs or Schools of Public Health representing a geographic region. Regional Members have observer (non-voting) status;
Sustaining Members:
organizations that endorse the Federation’s principles and contribute to the achievement of its objectives, but whose structure or mandate does not meet the criteria of Full or Regional Members. Sustaining Members have observer (non-voting) status; and,
Individual Members:
individuals who endorse the principles of the WFPHA and contribute in a personal way to the implementation of WFPHA activities. Individual Members have observer (non-voting) status.
